Rental Assistance Demonstration ("RAD") -Welles Village

The Housing Authority of the Town of Glastonbury ("GHA") is converting the Welles Village property from public housing into a Section 8 subsidy that is tied to the property under the Rental Assistance Demonstration Program ("RAD"). GHA has received a Commitment to Enter into a Housing Assistance Payments (CHAP) from HUD.
