Rent & Eligibility

Eligible households will have an income at or below Hartford County 80% Area Median Income (AMI) limit based on family size.

The current flat/maximum rents are: one-bedroom- $1,155, two-bedroom $1,436, three-bedroom $1,727, four-bedroom $2,094. Rents are set by formula which equals roughly 30% of adjusted gross income less a utility allowance.
