In compliance with Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 the Housing Authority of the Town of Glastonbury (“GHA”) developed its 2025-2029 PHA Five Year Plan for its Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program and its policy plans. Information relating to the plans is available for review and inspection at 25 Risley Road, Glastonbury, CT 06033 or 635 Farmington Avenue, Hartford CT 06105, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. A public hearing is scheduled for April 9, 2026 at 3:30pm at Glastonbury Housing Authority, 25 Risley Road, Main Office Conference Room, Glastonbury, CT 06033, for the purpose of inviting public comment on any changes to the goals, objectives and policies of the GHA.
