About

The Housing Authority of the Town of Glastonbury has been providing quality property development and management of affordable housing since 1943.

You will find GHA’s properties in park-like settings, convenient to the center of town and shopping. GHA strives to enhance its resident experience in collaboration with the Town of Glastonbury by providing resident service coordinators, social activities and trips, dial-a-ride service, and youth programming.

The GHA currently manages a diverse portfolio of affordable apartments. These include 434 apartments located in the following properties: Welles Village, Center Village, Herbert T Clark Congregate, Herbert T Clark Assisted Living, and Village Green/Knox Lane Annex. GHA also manages 37 Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8).

GHA continuously looks to enhance its existing portfolio and add additional affordable units through creative funding models and collaboration with our key stakeholders, the Town of Glastonbury, state and federal government and investors.
